Installation of new sheet pile walls

Surveying the anchor bolts using GPS. The X, Y, and Z coordinates are measured to the nearest millimeter. This forms the basis for creating the drawing documentation.

Based on the data obtained in step 1, the complete drawing package is compiled. We handle this entirely in-house.

The drawing package is ordered from the steel supplier. They prepare the complete drawing package for us.

The preparatory excavation work is complete.

The wooden rear beam is cut so that the pipes can be placed directly behind the existing sheet pile walls.

The new height is determined using the adjustment tubes.

The large sheet can be placed.

The sheet metal is neatly finished by installing cover plates.
